Classic, timeless and pure: Bianco Carrara marble is held to be the Italian and international marble par excellence. Like all marbles it is a metamorphic rock formed of almost microscopic calcium carbonate crystals. This natural stone, originating from pre-existing rocks that underwent great variations in pressure and temperature for a complete reorganization of its crystalline structure, is distinguished by a homogenous base mass with bright granules. The color of Carrara Marble goes from white to grey and is unevenly crossed by shaded grey veins.
